Closed Top Vertical Cone Bottom Blend Tank (Schematic is sidways)

We offer a full range of cone bottom tanks designed for a variety of applications from 175 gallon capacity to 3000 gallon capacity. The conical bottoms enable quick and complete drainage. The cone bottom tanks are molded of rugged, high density polyethylene and are both impact and chemical resistant.

Mixer

· TEFC “Totally Enclosed, Fan Cooled" Motor with a Stainless Shaft

The motor is constructed with a small fan on the rear shaft of the motor. This fan draws air over the motor fins, removing excess heat and cooling the motor. The enclosure is "Totally Enclosed". This motor is dust tight, and has a moderate water seal as well. TEFC motors work well due to the following four reasons. Air is not drawn into the motor for cooling and therefore the windings stay clean and dry. The windings are protected against direct entry of wind driven rain, directed spray, and splash from the ground. Insects and other vermin cannot enter the motor. And four, TEFC motors protect the single phase switch keeping it clean and dry.
